TRB's Transportation Research Circular E-C128 includes papers that were presented at the 10th International Conference on Bridge and Structure Management held on October 20-22, 2008, in Buffalo, New York. The conference brought together practitioners, administrators, and researchers from around the world to exchange information on the development, implementation, and utilization of effective bridge and structure management practices.
