12.1 Six Month Progress ReportIn all Associateship Programs, an interim report on the progress of your research is required at the end of six months. At the appropriate time, you will receive a "Six-Month Progress Report," requesting a summary of your research program. 12.2 Final ReportShortly before the end of tenure, you will receive a copy of the Final Report format (as shown below) to complete and return to the Associateship Programs office not later than 15 days before the date on which your tenure ends. Your final stipend check will not be released until this report is received. Included in this report are the following questions and requests for information:
