services in the market are often poorly considered. In submitting a
business idea for consideration, project initiators proceed from the
available capabilities of a particular enterprise or region and not
from market demand. In other words, they are trying to produce what
they can, but not what consumers will buy.
There is a lack of full supervision of the project, including regular assessments of the efficiency of investments.
There is a lack of expertise in management and an absence of communication skills in dealing with foreign partners.
