Appendix C Phase IV Post-Implementation Enhancement Plan Outline l.0 Summary of the System Implementation Concept This section should summarize the user needs and the overall system implementation concept which will give Phase IV systems a capability to better satisfy those needs. 2.0 Project Summaries 2.] Descriptions and Benefits This section should briefly describe specific projects which provide an increased capability, discuss the costs and the benefits of each pro- ject, the time frame in which the project would be completed, and the specific organization which will accomplish the project. Estimates of the benefits would be made in terms of manpower savings, operational improve- ments, such as improved readiness, expected inventory cost savings, and the like. The time phasing of the savings should be presented so it would be clear at what time after the project was completed the savings and improvements could be realized. 2.2 Interrelationships This section should discuss the interrelationships and interdepen- dencies of the projects with one another and with upgrades to hardware and software environments at the bases. 2.3 Priorities The projects in Section 2.l should be listed in priority order. This section should discuss the rationale for the relative priority of the projects and their time phasing. 3.0 Implementation 3.] Implementation Schedu' ~ e This section should summarize the project schedules. 3.2 Resource Requirements -41-

This section should summarize the Air Force personnel, Air Force hardware and software, and contractor resources required to implement the Phase IV Post-Imp~ementation Enhancement Plan.
