Colloquium on Links Between Recombination and Replication: Vital Roles of Recombination
polymerase II is phosphorylated to stimulate its transition to an elongating state (31). Similarly, ORC ATP-hydrolysis-dependent replication complex disassembly could also contribute to the block to reinitiation during a single S-phase by ensuring the dismantling of preRCs after replication initiation. The authors thank R.Austin for CDC6 plasmids and ORC antibody, and A.Schwacha for MCM antibody.
