She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the American Physical Society, and the Materials Research Society. She has more than two dozen publications on semiconductor materials, infrared detectors, impurity hopping transport, neutron transmutation in semiconductors, and superlattice materials and devices. Her expertise includes microscience and microtechnology, nanoscience and nanotechnology, materials, electronics, and physics.
