Medical Center for improving information access in rural south-central Virginia, and Grateful Med Outreach to rural nurses and physicians in Virginia. She has developed programs for the rural outreach of medical information into the far corners of southwest Virginia for both health professionals and citizens, and has recently worked with the Hispanic migrant population in the rural Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
