Having reviewed and evaluated the available data, the committee would be expected to identify and recommend additional data collection that would be necessary in the future years going forward to assess impacts. In addition to a final report, the committee will provide an interim report containing all conclusions and recommendations the committee determines to be feasible and appropriate at that stage in its study.
