Chapter 5 covers body composition and asthma, two medical factors that lead to a substantial number of disqualifications and subsequent waivers. Chapter 6 includes mental health concerns. Chapter 7 discusses substance abuse and smoking. Chapter 8 presents a summary of findings and the committee’s conclusions and recommendations.
