Part III Important Next Steps I n addition to reviewing the performance of the Title VI and Fulbright- Hays programs in the eight key areas, the committee was asked to make recommendations for strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the pro- grams in the future, as well as further research to address the limitations of the current review. This part addresses those aspects of the committeeâs charge.
