Monitoring & assessment application

Information needed to use the performance measure for monitoring and assessment, including (a) the appropriate modules and components as specified in the CERP Monitoring and Assessment Plan Part I; (b) interim goals and interim targets, as applicable, and (c) the appropriate assessment procedures, as specified in CERP Monitoring and Assessment Plan Part II.

Future tool development

This section describes any additional tools need to use the performance measure effectively for both evaluation and assessment. This section justifies the procurement of resources to develop such tools.
