on issues of economic and security importance. My colleagues from the United States and I are delighted to be here. We look forward to our interactions with our colleagues from Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan and from the International Science and Technology Center as we strive to increase mutual understanding and collaboration in a critically important field.
