JERRY HAYES MEATS, 08/27/10 12/23/10 entered into a Consent Decision (Order) with
INC. NEWARK VALLEY, FSIS. The Order requires strict measures by the

FSIS filed a complaint to withdraw Federal

violations of Agency statutory and regulatory
requirements.
On October 13, 2010, FSIS withdrew inspection
