Please reffar you letter dated Concerning the following prisoners: Mohamed Ali Sulub, Adan Yussuf Abakor, Mohamed Sheikh Hassan Tani; Mohamed Haji Mohamuud, Mohamed Barud Ali, and Abdullahi Ali Yussaf. First of all we wonder where you always got news far from the truth. We here under submit the real facts of the six prisoners you asked. They were all charged offinces against national unity and security and acts-violence. They were brought before the competent court. They were given full right of defence and were appointed agroup of tough advocates for their defence. After they were found guilty the court passed different sentences against them. None of them was sentenced to death. Their judgement was delivered on 6th March 1982 in Hargeisa.
