China-Japan Friendship Environmental Protection Center



Agreement between the premiers of China and Japan for the establishment of a national data and information center and a national monitoring standards center at the National Environmental Protection Agency. Japanese participation is coordinated by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Environment Agency of Japan.
