both from the University of Cambridge. She also holds a diploma in liberal arts from the University of Toulouse, France.

James J. Zucchetto is a senior program officer with the Board on Energy and Environmental Systems. He has been with the NRC since April 1985 and has worked on a variety of energy and related environmental issues affecting public policy. Prior to joining the NRC he was a faculty member in the School of Arts and Sciences, University of Pennsylvania, and has held positions at the University of Stockholm, Institute of Marine Ecology; the Department of Environmental Engineering Sciences, University of Florida; and Bell Telephone Laboratories. He is currently on the editorial advisory boards of the International Journal of Environmental Engineering and Ecological Modeling, and the Journal of Ecological Economics. He received his Ph.D. in environmental engineering sciences from the University of Florida, his M.S.M.E. from New York University, and his B.S.M.E. from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
