Acknowledgments Tile research reported herein was performed under TCRP Project B-8 by Multisystems, Inc., Oram Associates, and Claire Barrett & Associates. Multisystems was the contractor for the study, whereas the work performed by Oram Associates and Claire Barrett & Associates was under a subcontract with Multisystems, Inc. KarIa Karash, Vice President of Multisystems, Inc. was the principal investigator with overall responsibility for the project and the report. Richard Oram, Oram Associates, was the co- principal investigator. Major contributors to this final report include Raisa Lawrence of Muitisystems, who authored the case studies on Bank of America and Kaiser Permanente, and who made major contributions to other sections; Susan Bregman of Multisystems, who authored the Pace Case Study; and Richard Oram of Oram Associates, who authored the case study on vouchers, and provided information for the synopses of voucher programs and employer pass programs. Joseph Barr of Multisystems provided early research into transit and private industry marketing methods. Multisystems appreciates the assistance and cooperation of the managers at PACE, Bank of America, Kaiser Permanente, and the various voucher programs for providing detailed information for the case studies.
