L. Eugene McNeese convened the meeting at 8:00 a.m. Following preliminary discussions, a detailed presentation and critique of each of the assigned chapters for the upcoming report were given. From these discussions, conclusions and recommendations were agreed upon. There followed a discussion of the structure of both the upcoming report on waste forms issues and the meeting scheduled for Irvine, California, on January 28-29, 1999 to discuss these topics.
