APPENDIX B

SUMMARY OF ANALYSES

Presented below are a series of tables showing the results of various analyses of the information in the questionnaires that were submitted by the agencies.

The weighted values (WV) shown in the tables were calculated by multiplying the number of responses (N) by the following weighting factors: Much worse=0; somewhat worse=2.5; about the same=5; somewhat better=7.5; and much better=10.

N varies for different factors because some respondents did not express a view on all factors.
