He has written several books on the economic benefits of predicting job performance and estimating the gains of alternative policies in affecting human performance. He has been influential in personnel classification issues and contributed to the Encyclopedia of Human Intelligence. Prior to joining GWU in 1982, Dr. Zeidner served as the technical director of the U.S. Army Research Institute and as chief psychologist of the U.S. Army.
