INTRODUCTION As part of ACRPâs FY18 program of projects, the Airport Operations Com- mittee (AOC) selected a Thought Leader Forum to bring together leaders within the industry for a discussion about emerging issues of national interest to airports within the next 5 to 10 years. The goal of this exercise was to engage the AOC directly with other thought leaders in the industry to identify and define high-level emerg- ing critical issues that impact, or will soon impact, the airport industry. The Forum brought together airport industry thought leaders in an effort to identify the most important issues facing the airport industry within the next 5 to 10 years.
