42 Airport Well-Being Survey Items A P P E N D I X B The Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP), on behalf of the Transportation Research Board (TRB), is preparing a synthesis on airport workforce programs supporting employee well- being. ICF, an international consulting firm, has been contracted to prepare this synthesis in conjunction with ACRP. As part of the research, ICF is conducting a survey of airports regarding the employee well-being programs or components they offer. The purpose of this survey is to identify and summarize various airport workforce programs designed to improve employee well-being. To maintain your confidentiality, the results of the survey will be aggregated and then incorporated into a synthesis of airport practice, with the intent of helping airports determine successful well-being program practices and improve their current workforce programs. This survey is being sent to airport leadership within human resources and will ask detailed questions about airport employee well-being programs – their components, how they are implemented, challenges, and participation rates. If you are not the appropriate person at your organization to complete this survey, please forward it to the correct person. Please complete and submit this survey by Wednesday, September 18th, 2019. We estimate that it should take 20-45 minutes to complete. If you have questions or problems related to this survey, please contact Kathryn Solook at Kathryn.Solook@icf.com or (202) 862-1164.
