FEDERAL FACILITIES COUNCIL•
QUESTIONNAIRE ON STANDARD FORMS 254 AND 255
INTRODUCTION: The Standing Committee on Procurement and Contracting of the Federal Facilities Council (FFC) has as one of its goals the improvement of the procurement of architect-engineer (A-E) services. Toward that end, the committee is conducting a survey to determine if Standard Forms 254 and 255, which are used by A-E firms to submit their qualifications in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act, can be improved to better serve the needs of agencies and industry.
The committee would like you to participate in the survey by filling out this questionnaire and returning it by 1 May 1995 to:
Executive Secretary
Federal Facilities Council
National Academy of Sciences
2101 Constitution Avenue N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20418
The responses will be summarized in a report that will provide a basis for updating the forms. Copies of the report will be provided to each agency.
If you have any questions or comments, please call the committee chairman, Donald R. Evick, P.E., U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at (202) 272–1053.
Thanks for taking the time to participate in this important project that will benefit all federal agencies that procure A-E services.
