(a) A bullet fired from a .45 caliber pistol has a velocity of about 300 m/s
and a slug with mass of about 15 grams (0.015 kg).  How much kinetic energy
does the bullet carry as it moves toward its target?

(b) A 4-door automobile moving at 30 miles per hour has a velocity of about 15 m/s
and has a mass of about 800 kg.  How much kinetic energy does the automobile
carry as it moves down the street?

(c) If you were suddenly attacked by a rampaging wildebeest, would you rather 
hit it with a car or shoot it with a gun?  Explain your answer.
