The goal of the QHCA Project is to provide leadership, strategic direction and analytic tools that will contribute to a major improvement in quality in the health care industry during the next decade. Within the QHCA Project, The Subcommittee on Building the 2ISt Century Health Care System, which ~ chair, has been assembled to identify key characteristics and factors that enable or encourage providers, health care organizations, health plans and communities to continuously improve the qualit~v of care.
