The structure within the knowledge domain is manifested in the collection of papers as groups of related entities, such as groups of papers that represent subtopics, groups of references that represent base knowledge, groups of paper authors that represent collaboration teams, groups of reference authors that represent experts, groups of journals that represent subtopic libraries, and groups of terms that represent specialized vocabularies within the knowledge domain.
