Christopher Miller is co-owner and principal scientist for Smart Information Flow Technologies, a small business focused on research and development in human interaction with advanced technologies. Its primary emphases have been on the development of a PlaybookTM approach to human interaction with robots and unmanned vehicles, as well as on the use and consideration of "etiquette" in the design of advanced human-machine systems.
