... The results of the expanded plan of research are included in Chapter 3. The findings of the extensive literature review and the experimental program conducted under NCHRP Project 12-60 were used to recommend revisions as appropriate to the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications for transfer, development, and splice lengths for strand/reinforcement in normal-weight concrete having compressive strengths up to 15 ksi.
