AIRPORT PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROCESS An APMS includes all activities connected with pavement infrastructure, including the initial pavement design and construction, and the subsequent pavement maintenance and rehabilitation activities. The APMS is part of airport asset management that includes the management of all core airport assets including pavements, buildings, and guidance systems.
