APPENDIX 149 Tina Winters is an associate program officer at the National Research Council, where she has played an integral part in dozens of studies over a career spanning 20 years. She currently is a staff member for the Board on Behavioral, Cognitive, and Sensory Sciences and previously worked on consensus studies and other activities related to K-12 science and mathematics education, testing and assessment, education research, and social science research for public policy use.
