... 8 FUTURE COMMITTEE MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES Although the committee is supportive of the vision and direction of the program, it was largely disappointed in the uneven quality and preparation of many of the presentations at the March meeting. A significant quantity of material did not appear to be ordered in terms of priority or strategic questions, leaving the committee to assimilate much detailed material without understanding FRA's purpose in presenting it.
