The workshop goal will be to learn from existing examples and examine the challenges, opportunities, and best practices to implementing genomic technologies in the health care system without exacerbating health care disparities. A diverse stakeholder group, which may be composed of health care system leadership, clinical providers, patients, implementation science experts, and others, will be invited to present their experiences and perspectives.
