BRADBURN is the Tiffany and Margaret Blake distinguished service professor in the Department of Psychology and the Harris Graduate School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago, as well as senior vice president for research at the National Opinion Research Center. He is an authority on nonsampling errors in surveys and has written extensively on questionnaire design.
