Our Customer Service organization publishes a newsletter they call INFOLINE which includes answers to questions employees are most frequently asked about Enlightened Energy. We publish a monthly report entitled SCORECARD that records activities towards achieving the goal, and the Company has a monthly video magazine called Edison Edition which carries a regular Enlightened Energy message.
