He has had more than 25 years experience in planning, constructing, and maintaining land and water facilities along shorelines, both internationally and nationally, as an Army Corps of Engineers District Engineer and in the private sector as a port engineer. He participated as a speaker in the public hearing conducted by the Committee on National Dredging Issues of the Marine Board.
