To support readiness and fairness in the system, the following change to AR 600-9 is effective immediately: AR 600-9, Para 20C, maximum allowable percent body fat standards for females are: Age Group: 1 7-20 21-27 28-39 40+ 30% 32% 34% 36% 2.
