54 Analysis of the data in this report yielded the following major conclusions: • Airports have very limited responsibilities vis-à-vis the transportation of animals through airports, either with passengers or as cargo. The major area of responsibility is the provision of accommodations for service animals to satisfy federal law, regulations, and FAA Advisory Circular 150/5630-14.
