... 62 Double block valve -- A single valve with two seating surfaces installed in a pipe that, in the closed position, provides a seal against pressure from both ends of the valve with a means of venting/ bleeding the cavity between the seating surfaces. Double-walled -- A tank construction method that allows for containing fuel in the event of a leak.
