... 10 The CPRS was the first follow-on study to the SHRP 2 NDS. It was undertaken to make it easier for researchers to identify epochs wherein a participant's use of a cell phone to talk or to send a text message coincided or overlapped with a recorded driving epoch showing that participant concurrently driving a study vehicle.
