45 Conclusions The research team believes it has established that a full, fourlevel Kirkpatrick Model evaluation methodology is applicable and implementable for a nationwide rollout of the Interdisciplinary TIM Training Curriculum. The research affirms the feasibility and practicality of implementing a TIM assessment tool that meets the requirements set forth in the original project RFP, using readily available, cost-effective technology.
