34 15.3 General Provisions. The Contractor shall, during the term of this Contract, repair any damage caused to real or personal property of the Authority and/or its tenants, wherever situated on the Airport, caused by the intentional, reckless, or negligent acts or omissions of the Contractor's officers, agents, or employees, and any subcontractors and their officers, agents, or employees, or, at the option of the Authority, the Contractor shall reimburse the Authority for the cost of repairs thereto and replacement thereof accomplished by or on behalf of the Authority.
