Background and Resources • This presentation is based on ACRP Research Report 184: Guidebook on Understanding FAA Grant Assurance Obligations, and accompanying Technical Appendices A-F. • The Guidebook includes: oA discussion of each of the Grant Assurance requirements; o Information on duration of obligations and consequences of non‐compliance; o Identification of interrelated Grant Assurances; and o Examples of specific practices found to be in compliance and non‐compliance.
