NCHRP Project 25-48 10 Desktop-Based Application The RSG-Lakes Environmental team recommended that TRAQS be developed as a desktop application. This recommendation is based on careful consideration of requirements specified in the RFP, combined with extensive experience of both companies in developing applications utilizing both desktop and web-applications.
