All of these issues indicate the need for a robust, reliable, effective, and efficient governance process for EVMS. Therefore, for the second phase of this study, the committee plans to review EVMS governance in more detail, including: • Current EVMS governance process, the involved parties, and their roles and responsibilities; • Current EVMS certification process and enforcement of such certification; • Current data collection processes for EVMS to ensure they are current, accurate, complete, repeatable, and auditable; and • Current project control systems that EM actively uses.
