Two important theoretical benefits of FBSR are that it needs no pretreatment for technetium, cesium, or iodine and can readily accommodate substantial feed rate variations or even complete shutdown. The committee observes that the draft framework and the FFRDC presentations do not show examples of graphical or pictorial displays of potential evaluation results other than tabular formats.
