... 13 C H A P T E R 4 Outreach and Implementation Activities Initial Outreach -- Workshops and Online Briefing The primary activity of Task 4 of this project was to conduct workshops with at least three State DOT to test an early draft of the guide. Workshops took place in three States in the spring of 2019, following the Phase 1 Interim Panel meeting held in March 2019 at which the initial draft guide material was reviewed.
